Oh my god, an hour of yoga felt amazing.
I forgot why I loved it so much. Its nice to feel all relaxed and calm while twisting yourself into a human knot. But seriously, I absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone who feels like they need a way to get in touch with oneself through the body, mind, and soul.
Do I sound like the back of a fancy tea bag box?

I am returning to yoga tonight!
In the comfort and privacy of my own home, of course.
But still…its been about 5 months since I’ve done a good yoga session and I think its time to bring it back.
I just really love yoga, okay?
